If you are a member of any GlobalHealth Medicare Advantage plan, you can talk to a nurse 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

The nurse can help you decide if you need to make an appointment with your PCP, go to urgent care, or see emergency care. 

You do not need a referral or prior authorization to call.
