PHYSICAL EXAM BENEFIT  

If you are a member of any GlobalHealth Medicare Advantage plan, you can schedule a physical exam  with your PCP once every year in addition to the annual wellness visit. There is no deductible, copayment or coinsurance. You do not need a referral or prior authorization to go. 

Examination of the heart, lung, abdominal, and neurological systems 

Hands-on examination of the body (such as head, neck, and extremities) 

Detailed medical/family history 

Limited to one exam per year in addition to the annual wellness visit
