Medicare Advantage Plans with Vision Benefits

GlobalHealth includes additional vision benefits in all GlobalHealth Medicare Advantage plans, EyeMed administers these benefits. 

Routine Vision Exam

• $0 copay for routine vision exam to determine the need for glasses.
• Limited to one every year.

Eyewear

EyeMed providers will assist you with getting your eyewear, whether it is after your cataract surgery or for regular vision correction glasses and contacts.

Benefit allowance varies by plan. See your Evidence of Coverage for your allowance. You have no deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance. You simply pay the amount above the benefit allowance. There is no maximum benefit allowance for glasses following cataract surgery. 

Note that upgrades are not covered. You will be responsible for the cost of upgrades such as deluxe frames, tinting, or progressive lenses.
