Dental Care

Taking care of your teeth and gums is important. They help you chew and digest food. They help you speak clearly. They give your face its shape. Be sure to brush and floss twice a day. Eat healthfully. Schedule regular dental checkups. Avoid tobacco products.

Regular dental care is not only important for your teeth, but poor oral health may contribute to heart disease among other conditions.

Some health conditions may affect your oral health, such as diabetes, HIV/AIDS, and osteoporosis.

Healthy Teeth Matter!
