Smart Wallet Benefit *
- Core plan members receive a quarterly amount to spend on OTC items, dental, vision, and/or hearing.
- C-SNP plan members receive a monthly amount to spend on dental/vision, and hearing expenses and OTC items, gasoline, utilities, and/or groceries for eligible members who qualify for special supplemental benefits1,3,6
- D-SNP plan members receive a monthly amount to spend on OTC items, and groceries, gasoline and/or utility bills, including electricity, water, and/or natural gas, for eligible members who qualify for special supplemental benefits2,3,6 You must pay for your gasoline at the pump.
