The provider portal is a key resource to access Claim status, Member eligibility, and authorizations. Please visit the “Providers” menu option for Webinar training information.

HealthAxis is an online tool available to all contracted providers.
HealthAxis is provided by GlobalHealth to allow providers to:
- Review and Create Referrals and/or Prior Authorizations
- Check Claim Status(es)
- Verify Eligibility
- View Benefit Information
- Review Member Demographics

Medicare Advantage Quality Portal
The GlobalHealth Medicare Advantage Quality Portal allows both providers and Provider Administrators (for non-independent physician groups) the ability to see real time updates for both Part C and Part D STARS Scores.
The Portal can be accessed using a Google Chrome browser.

The Quality Portal is an online tool available to all contracted providers.
The Quality Portal is provided by GlobalHealth to allow providers to:
- Access and download rosters for all assigned Medicare Advantage members
- View weekly changes to Part C scores
- View monthly changes to Part D scores
- Monitor missed refills for Part D adherence medications
- View open and closed care gaps
- View Annual Wellness Visits data
- Download real time reporting for compliant and non-compliant members.
